Emilio Martinez III, M.S., is a university lecturer and 4.0 GPA graduate who has seen firsthand the inefficiencies in traditional academic training. After spending years specializing in Verilog-based design without a mentor or clear path to learn from, he came to understand how easily talented and motivated students can lose countless hours struggling through concepts that could have been taught in minutes when given the right instruction.
That experience inspired Emilio to found True Sight Labs. He founded it out of a deep desire to give students the guidance, structure, and mentorship he never had, so that future engineers could spend less time struggling needlessly and more time building the skills needed to pursue meaningful work, create powerful technology, and reach their full potential.
Paul Morton
Paul Morton, M.D., Ph.D., is a professor at UT San Antonio with decades of experience in microcontrollers and FPGA-based systems. His background brings a rare combination of deep technical knowledge, long-form teaching experience, and real-world engineering perspective to the training offered through True Sight Labs.
In addition to his academic and technical career, he is a former pilot from the Vietnam War. His experience reflects a lifetime of discipline, leadership, and service, helping shape the serious and mission-driven approach behind the instruction students receive.
